Our private showroom and consultation office is located at Suite 23, 2nd Floor, 28 Greville Street, London EC1N 8SU in London's historic Hatton Garden jewellery quarter. To ensure complete privacy and one-on-one time with our specialists, visits are strictly by prior appointment only.
Yes. All center diamonds above 0.50ct are accompanied by official grading dossiers from the world's most trusted gemological institutes: GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute), complete with matching microscopic laser inscriptions.
From initial design consultation and 3D CAD render approval to master bench handcrafting and official London hallmarking, bespoke pieces typically take 2 to 3 weeks. If you have an urgent proposal or anniversary deadline, please contact our concierge to discuss express scheduling.
We provide complimentary, fully insured express delivery on every order. UK shipments are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with signature verification. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx Priority with end-to-end tracking.
Standard collection jewellery includes a 30-day return or exchange period in unworn, original condition. In addition, we provide one complimentary ring resize within 60 days of purchase to guarantee a comfortable, perfect fit.
